First, the app, contrary to the its official name, supports managing videos from your device. Users can upload or download videos up to 2GB in file size or 20 minutes in duration.

Here are the steps to Download Photos and Videos from Amazon Cloud Drive to Computer:

  1. Go to https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
  2. Once you have signed into your account, click 'All Files'.
  3. Here you will see Pictures, Videos and Document folders.
  4. Click 'Pictures' folder to download photos and click 'Video' folder to download videos.
  5. Browse and select the photo or video which you want to download.
  6. Click 'Download' icon located at the bottom of the window.
  7. Your browser prompts you to save .zip file, click 'Save' and specify a location to download. The downloaded zip file will contain the photo or video you selected.
